Back Office Assistants
1. Preparing of the loose stone and jewellery reports.
2. Tying and data entry on the software.
3. Checking and proff reading of the reports.
4. Taking in the stone and jewellery and issuing of receipts.
5. Cordinating with clients for the details required on the certificate and in case of any queries.
6. Cordinating internally with the department for the certificates.
7. Candidates with an experience of back office / Cordination an advantage.
8. Working from Monday to Friday (5 Days ) from 9.30 to 6.30.
Accounts Assistants
Assistant for accounts with Good knowledge on General account posting in manufacturing unit. We use accounts package and it will easy for us if candidate is having any knowledge on accounts package.General experince with accounts such as Daily Postings of sales and preparing the accounts statements for purchase and sales. Follow up for out standing payments.
